Mayor John Delaney, Higher Education Leadership Program (HELP), Endowed Scholarship Fund

Established in 2003, this need-based scholarship is awarded to students majoring in engineering or construction management. Preference is given to students who live in publicly assisted housing or HabiJax homes, those who attended Robert E. Lee High School and the SECME program, or first-time-in-college high school graduates.
