Eddy M Skolfield Scholarship Fund

Established in 2000, this gift provides scholarships for science students interested in biology, ultimately leading to a medical profession. Dr. Eddy Skolfield, who died just three days before her 100th birthday, immigrated to the United States after World War II and worked with a group of pediatric physicians led by Dr. Richard Skinner of Jacksonville. She practiced in Indonesia, Guam and at Hope Haven Children’s Hospital.
